Monecc Group will indicate the specific information you need to provide on its pages. If you choose not to use certain services, you will not be required to provide related information. For specific features that you explicitly refuse, close, or exit, the app will ask for your consent again when you attempt to enable the feature or grant related system permissions. Additionally, after app updates or upgrades, your original system permission settings will remain unchanged.

The collected information will not exceed what is necessary for the intended purpose. Depending on the permissions granted during installation and use of the software, we may receive and record information related to your smart devices, such as device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifiers, and other software and hardware characteristics, as well as usage records, fault data, and other information (including but not limited to IP address, access dates and times, language, device characteristics, and geographic location).

1.2 If you download or use Simpason or its affiliated software clients, Simpason may also access information related to your location and mobile device, such as device model, operating system, device identifiers, resolution, and telecom carrier.

1.3 We may collect other non-personally identifiable information (information that cannot identify a specific individual), such as statistical data generated when using specific services, including user behaviors (clicks, page transitions, browsing times). The purpose of collecting such data is to improve the services we provide to you.

1.4 The types and quantities of information collected depend on how you use our products and/or services. We aggregate this data to provide more useful insights to customers, better understand which parts of our websites, products, and services are most engaging. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, aggregated data is considered non-personal information. If we combine non-personal information with personal information, it will be treated as personal information during the combined use.

If you cannot access the information via the app, you can submit an access request by sending an email to info@monecc.com.au, we will respond to your request within 15 days.

If you discover inaccuracies in the personal information we process, you have the right to request corrections. You may submit a correction request via the same methods listed under "4.1 Access Your Personal Information

For additional personal information collection, you may grant or withdraw your consent at any time.

If you withdraw consent, we will cease processing the relevant personal information. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out previously based on your authorization.

4.3 Change Your Authorization Scope

Each business function requires certain essential personal information to operate (as outlined in "Section 1" of this policy).

For additional personal information collection, you may grant or withdraw your consent at any time.

As per legal and regulatory requirements, we cannot fulfill your request in the following situations:

When you set or change your profile picture, we will request access to your camera or photo album. If you refuse to grant this permission, you will be unable to use this feature; however, this will not affect your ability to use other features of Monecc Group.

Once the retention period for your personal information has passed, we will delete or anonymize it according to applicable laws. Upon account cancellation, we will stop providing products and services, and, as per your request, delete or anonymize your information unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
